Healthy Soles Physical Therapy

About us

Our practice

A different kind of clinic

Healthy Soles Physical Therapy was established in 2009 with a unique therapy focus. Unlike a traditional clinic, we employ an individualized model with focused, one-on-one 45-minute treatment sessions with our physical therapists. This complete and specialized approach often includes gait analysis, postural development, and hands-on treatment as well as exercise. Our therapy is designed to get you back to function and activity.

Your safety is important to us!

We are currently offering in-office and Telehealth visits for AposHealth® and other therapies.

As essential healthcare workers, ALL of our staff have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and ready to serve you!

Some of our services:

  • Physical therapy
  • Gait analysis and shoe recommendation
  • Running injuries and race training plans
  • Custom orthotics
  • AposHealth®
  • Work Station Assessment
  • Pregnancy and post-natal therapy and exercise
Rebecca Brown, Healthy Soles PT

Rebecca L. Brown

Rebecca received her Masters of Physical Therapy from Columbia University in New York City and has been practicing for over 20 years. She specializes in areas she is passionate about, giving her a unique combination of therapy skills.

An 8-time marathon runner herself, Rebecca understands first-hand the unique needs of this type of athlete. She has an appreciation for correct race training and understands appropriate methods to modify training if an injury occurs.

One of Rebecca’s strongest assets is her understanding of thorough gait analysis and custom foot orthotics. She has designed custom orthotics solutions for a variety of professionals, doctors and nurses, athletes, and of course, many runners.
As a mother of two, who continued to be active and strong throughout her pregnancy, Rebecca also enjoys treating pregnant and post-natal women. She has trained in exercises designed specifically for pregnancy and to meet the challenges of labor, and following childbirth. Rebecca continued to enjoy running throughout both her pregnancies and she wants to help other women continue to be active while keeping them safe and without pain.

Rebecca is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS), with an in-depth understanding of the evaluation and treatment of every major joint of the body. Her expertise has helped hundreds of patients, with a variety of ailments ranging from headaches, to shoulder pain, ACL surgery, and back pain get back to function and activity.
